Our Route to Success experience day is in a week.

Come and see us at The John Charles Sports Centre in Middleton, LS11 5DJ where you’ll get the chance to drive our Realise bus, try our new VR driving experience, and talk to our expert trainers about our free Route to Success training course.

The bus driver experience will take place on Wednesday 29th March, between 9am – 4pm.

About our Route to Success course:

This short programme enables you to do your bus driver training for free, get your PCV licence, and you'll receive help to find a job at the end of the course, all you need is a valid category B (car) licence and be over 19 years old.

Our new FREE course – Preparing to work in schools – is launching next month and places are available.

Starting 19th April 2023 at The Skills Hub in Bradford.

This course presents a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to develop your knowledge of the teaching and learning environment in schools. Over seven weeks, you will find out what it’s like to work within a school and will cover a variety of different phases that are crucial to succeed in education. If you successfully pass the course, you’ll gain a level 1 award to add to your CV.

Happy #nationalcareersweek!

Recently, the Mayor of West Yorkshire, Tracy Brabin, visited one of our leaner cohorts in Leeds. During her visit, she chatted with participants about our free Route to Success course and how it is helping adults in Yorkshire to start a new and exciting career as a bus driver.

Apprenticeships and adult education courses help people across England to develop their skills, improve their knowledge and begin a new role which suits them.

At Realise, we are passionate about helping more women get into the transport industry, empowering them to begin a new career and encouraging the transport industry to #embraceequity .

This #internationalwomensday we want to highlight our route to success participant Sheryll McBride developed her confidence, earned her PCV license and found a job that suited her with TLC Bradford.
