T plus was launched just 3 years ago, but we have already made great traction in winning numerous awards, nationwide listings and had some great PR to date. However, that is just the beginning. We’re now looking to grow the business over the next year ahead of some existing new listings, plans and products we will be launching, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and determined individual to help take us to the next level.

The Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and support services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations whilst working towards Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.

Duties will include:

  • Working with and developing relationships with existing customers to support sales
  • Researching new sales opportunities
  • Supporting trade customers with samples, flyers and anything else they need to sell our products
  • Organise marketing calendar of offline activities
  • Co-ordinate trade and consumer events
  • Source promotional materials
  • Identifying PR opportunities
  • Competitor research and industry tracking
  • Managing brand partnerships/affiliations
  • Organise & manage sampling
  • Manage industry awards
  • Assisting with in-house photography and content
  • Assisting with social media
  • Assisting with blogger & influencer outreach

We created t plus to make something more healthy and better tasting than anything that exists on the market today. t plus was created by founders Jade and James with a view to taking the best bits from green, herbal and fruit teas (and ditching the not so good bits) and introducing the benefits of a vitamin supplement that could help everyone get the right goodness they need, when they need it most. We planned to shake up the world of tea and make something more nutritious and better tasting than anything that existed. So, we got to work on creating a smarter tea… and bagged the backing of one of the most successful Dragons in the Den along the way. Our growth and success mean that we would love to teach the right apprentice about building a successful business and offer them a fantastic career opportunity.

Training to be provided:

Apprenticeships are delivered in the workplace. You will be allocated a Teaching & Learning Co-ordinator (TLC) and will have access to our on- line study area where you will find all your study materials. Your TLC will provide you with personal tutorial support and on-programme assessment at pre-arranged times.

End point assessment by an independent assessment organisation and comprises of three activities – knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project presentation.

You will be working towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Standard (Knowledge and Understanding, Skills and Behaviours). Functional Skills are at level 2 in maths and English, where applicable.

Qualifications required:

English and maths GCSE or equivalent qualifications at grade C/4 or above would be an advantage.

Future Prospects:
  • Advanced apprentices supported by FW Solutions Ltd, will have the opportunity to progress to a Higher-Level Apprenticeship in Business and Professional Administration
  • We’re not your typical FMCG business – we are currently a small team of 4 at the beginning of a period of growth so we will be growing the team and evolving the brand to be the best new drinks company in the UK over the next 12 months
  • You will be working directly with the marketing and sales managers and will be a wide and varied role, where you will have direct impact and experience in all areas of the business as we grow
