When I first became employed at Green Top Day Nursery as the manager none of the staff were in training and I had trained with FW Solutions Ltd so decided to contact them.
I started training towards Level 3 in Childcare with FW Solutions Ltd in 2009 as an apprentice.

In house training is very beneficial when working in a private day nursery as it means that the staff do not need to take time out to go to college. It also helps the learners to take responsibility of their own professional development as they complete their work in their own time. I am very pleased with the standard of training that my apprentices receive and believe the course highlights all the main areas needed to complete their role.

The staff that have qualified to Levels 2 and 3 with FW Solutions Ltd are now very competent members of the team and I have felt that the assessors work around the setting and understand that work must come first.

I will now always use FW Solutions Ltd for the training needs of my team as we have built a very good relationship over the years and I regularly recommend FW Solutions Ltd to other setting managers and owners.

The Work Based Learning Manager is Kelly Robertson. Kelly has tutored me and a number of my employees over the years and we have had absolutely no complaints. I have found Kelly to be very understanding of workloads, easy to engage with and very informative when delivering tutored learning. Kelly regularly feeds back to me how the rest of the learners are performing and takes individual characteristics into consideration, meaning that she works with staff from apprentice level to management level and can build relationships with ease.
