We have been involved with FW Solutions for many years at Nursery Rhymes. From the onset of establishing our working relationship together we have found staff on every level from the Directors, Assessors and office support to be professional, approachable and knowledgeable about what we as a setting require and they have always been available for support and advice.

As a nursery manager I have always felt that the apprentices which we have trained alongside FW Solutions have received excellent guidance throughout their qualifications and I have been regularly updated on each learner’s progress.

It is rewarding to see an apprentice complete their qualifications and be able to put the knowledge which they have learnt into practice. Many apprentices have gone onto higher level study achieving  or working towards degree level qualifications. As a setting we have retained staff who have achieved their apprenticeship with us. Several staff have gone onto achieve senior positions within the setting.
