In this qualification learners will develop the underpinning skills, knowledge and understanding required to work in the hospitality industry. This qualification is recognised as a component of the Apprenticeship Framework. The Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery) (QCF) provides opportunities for learners to progress into employment as hospitality staff, or onto Specialist qualifications such as the Edexcel BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles (QCF).
