Who is this course for?

This qualification has been developed to provide individuals with the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and experience they will need to progress to higher level roles with additional responsibilities in a variety of business settings.

How you'll learn

Qualifications are delivered in the workplace. You will be allocated a personal Teaching and Learning Co-ordinator and will be given access to our on-line study area where you will find all your assessment materials. Your Teaching and Learning Co-ordinator will provide you with personal tutorial support and assessment at pre-arranged times.

How you'll be assessed

Assessment is through a variety of methods including observations in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence, professional discussions, assignments and project/case studies. All evidence will be logged to your electronic portfolio of evidence.

What you can do next

Achievement of this qualification will enable learners to progress onto the Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management or undertake other Business and Management related qualifications at a Higher Education level. They may be able to progress in their careers to roles such as senior manager or department manager.
